“Having known him for years, I am glad to hand over Blocktrade to the capable financial expert that I know Christian is. I am proud of our achievements with Blocktrade and look forward to maintaining a close partnership with Blocktrade in the future.”: Says outgoing CEO Bernhard Blaha in welcoming the new CEO.
At Blocktrade, Blaha improved the structure that he inherited. He drove in +25m$ from the Securities Offering, recruited a highly skilled core team, improved the operational efficiency with building service centres in Estonia and Luxembourg, starting important listings and building up a modern service layer (Fiat gateways, market making, compliance processes etc.). Swiss venture builder Cryptix, which grew Blocktrade as venture, accompanied the recruitment of the two executives, drawing on its extensive network.
