ONELOGIN ADDS PACKAGED SOLUTIONS FOR MAJOR ON-PREM ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS TO UNIFIED ACCESS MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

Company Simplifies Identity and Access Management for Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle PeopleSoft, and Atlassian Jira/Confluence Applications

OneLogin, the leader in Unified Access Management, unveiled a simpler way to manage access to on-premise and cloud applications with packaged solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Peoplesoft and Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence applications. Now, any company can use a single Unified Access Management (UAM) system to handle both business-critical cloud apps and most established on-premise applications.

“Enterprises are unlikely to become 100% cloud unless they started that way. Hybrid is the reality for the majority of  businesses today. What this means is that companies will struggle with the blend of on-premise and cloud app environments that require multiple identity access systems to manage their users,” said OneLogin’s Chief Product Officer, Venkat Sathyamurthy. “OneLogin provides the ‘single pane of glass’ to manage everything. Our customers appreciate that we can improve the overall user and IT admin experience, even for the most business-critical platforms that are 20+ years old.”

The OneLogin UAM platform meets the rapidly changing needs of the hybrid enterprise by providing security, reliability and control for all enterprise data, devices and users. The OneLogin solution is extensible enough to meet the identity and access management needs of customers who are looking to improve their end-user experience, while maintaining a stringent security posture. Services that sit on top of the OneLogin platform include single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA) and remote VPN access for on-premise applications. With OneLogin Access, companies now can modify access privileges across all applications in real time compared to days or weeks and slash access management costs by 50 per cent or more—all with a single solution.

The OneLogin Winter ‘19 Release also includes the following feature updates to OneLogin UAM platform:

  • The Cloud RADIUS service supports the EAP-PEAP/MSCHAPv2 authentication protocol, providing enterprise Wi-Fi authentication for products such as Meraki and Aruba. OneLogin remains the only IDaaS vendor offering this type of solution with no on-premise components.
  • The certificate-based Device Trust feature has the ability to leverage third-party certificates as a second factor during authentication/authorisation. Organisations that have already invested in PKI for VPN and/or Wi-Fi can scale their investments by using third-party certificates as a second factor during authentication.
  • Trusted IdP supports both service provider (SP) and identity provider (IdP) initiated flows, along with just-in-time (JIT) provisioning (create/update) and JIT attribute transformations.
  • The New Admin Experience, including delegated administration functionality, uses new privileges models that allows IT to dynamically and safely delegate management responsibilities across the organisation and define in a granular and flexible way who has access to what resource and under what conditions. OneLogin manages millions of identities for over 2,500 organisations, including NASA, Steelcase, Consort Medical Group, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Mergermarket Group and Catawiki, centralising access management across both cloud and on-premises environments for all users and devices.
