Arkadin, a global provider of cloud communication services and an NTT Communications company has today announced the appointment of Fallon Cryer as Managing Director of the Digital Engagement Service Line.
Fallon brings over 15 years experience in the IT industry gained across a range of senior roles with some of the world’s most successful technology brands. Her previous roles include Director, Business Group Lead for Asia at Microsoft and most recently, Chief Operating Officer of HomebuilderONE at DXC Technology. Having served extensively in leadership roles, Fallon has adopted strong and diverse skills, with a reputation for focusing on the customer experience and building high performing team that people want to be a part of.
Arkadin Digital Engagement Solutions combine world-class technology and white-glove services, to help customers drive positive business outcomes and communications objectives. From video conferences and small webinars to large webcasts or operator managed conference calls, Arkadin plans and delivers approximately 100 professionally managed events every working day by its teams located in 30 countries around the world.
Fallon will play a fundamental role in meeting the company’s growth objectives through the transformation of its virtual events offering, while building on Arkadin’s reputation as a leader of solution delivery for cloud collaboration services. One of her key responsibilities will be ensuring that Arkadin’s solutions evolve to stay ahead of the needs of its customers, by combining technology and services to deliver high quality, professionally managed event services and audience engagement.
