Leading social enterprise, the Wise Group, is forging ahead with its business transformation after signing a Software as a Service (SaaS) deal with enterprise software provider, TechnologyOne.
This transformation will empower the organisation to more effectively deliver its community services across Scotland and the North East of England. The Wise Group offers a range of services including training and support for job-seekers, lifting people out of fuel poverty and supporting individuals transitioning from prison to build a better future.
Implementing TechnologyOne’s integrated SaaS solution will enable the Wise Group to overhaul its financial, business intelligence and budgeting capabilities. By capturing all financial information in a single place, expenditure can be easily tracked and dynamic reporting can be accessed for real-time decision-making.
The Wise Group will also use TechnologyOne’s HR and Payroll capabilities across the organisation, automating a number of business processes and offer self-service functionality to employees.
Speaking about the selection, the Wise Group‘s Business Transformation Director, Stuart McWhinnie, said they had a clear purpose when they embarked on their five-year business transformation programme.
